Elevation Management Group, LLC (EMG) was established in Fall 2023 when the Southern Colorado HOA industry was in need the most. Bree O’Neil created her women-owned small business with a boutique culture based on reputable leadership and performance. Her industry experience began as a Board President, and as life changed, she made the move to the management side of the industry. In that role, Bree managed over 28 communities from Fountain to Fort Collins and ranging in size from 8 unit townhomes to a 3,500 (and growing) single family home Association. Her exposure also included several commercial business Associations. Bree has a degree in Communication Studies and a 30-year background in customer service. She has led teams small and large and produces steady growth in whatever she is involved in. Bree’s strong background is the backdrop for EMG, which thrives in relationship building, communication skills, and passion. Growing up in the Springs with a Dad in land development, Bree has been active in the real estate, developing, and HOA industry most of her life. This lends market knowledge and a gives EMG an edge with vendor networks. Colorado Springs' nickname “Little London” pays tribute to the British culture which is highly influenced by charm and reputation and those factors still drive our economy today. EMG is locally run out of Colorado Springs and will continue to establish itself as a charming boutique HOA management company with an outstanding reputation.
